The execution duration of "The Project of Water Pollution Source Inspection and Water Pollution Fee Examination in Chiayi County, 2016", is from January 20 to December 31. The results include 1606 permission and license file creations, 493 permission and license file creations examinations, 270 QA/QC and 45 error revisions of water pollution database, 1453 inspection and 90 precise examinations of wastewater treatment facilities. 509 water quality sampling operations were carried out, and 40 of the samples are violating Water Pollution Act. The inspections are done 125 times for fishing ports, 90 times for fishing ships and 83 times for commercial ships. 58 times of river patrolling teams are visited, and 67 water pollution cases are reported on Eco-Life website. 76 river cleaning activities, 123 promotion activities were held, and 6 pieces of news are published. 84 companies were required to declare water pollution fee in second-half year of 2015, and total fee is 2.52 million. 80 companies were required to declare water pollution fee in fires-half year of 2016, and total fee is 1.39 million. The ratio of declaration is 100%. For promotion of fermented liquid and residue of livestock, 29 stock farmers are given advises and fill out the relevant form. As of October 31, Taiwan Sugar Co., Ltd. Livestock Industry Nanjing Livestock Division and Kai-Li farm has been submitted their projects to the agricultural sector.
